It is inevitable that new users will experience problems from time to time. We hope that we can all help each other and not leave it to just a few (we all have day jobs after all!). If you are having problems, the first thing to do is READ THE USER'S GUIDE. If you have no success there (and we would like to know if that is the case), send a message to the MULTIFAN-CL list server (in development). Hopefully, there will be someone out there who can set you straight.
